No. Once we confirm availability for your dates, we send a secure payment link (credit card or PayPal) for a deposit to hold your spot. The remaining balance is paid a few days before your activity, also through a secure payment link.

Weather in the Andes can change quickly, especially at altitude. If conditions make an activity unsafe, we'll work with you and the provider to reschedule or suggest an alternative whenever possible.
We handle this case by case — reach out as soon as you know your plans have changed, and we'll do our best to accommodate you with the provider.
It depends on the activity — each one is marked accordingly, and most of our private tours are just for your group. Shared/group options are noted on the activity page.
